5 out of 5 starsTook about a month to reach its desitination, but that's what is expected with trying to receive a package during the holiday seasons. ~Can I reserve items?~
Yes, I'm happy to put an items/s on hold for you for up to 2 weeks. Please contact me to arrange this.
Shipping
I always aim to get your purchase sent out as quickly as possible. Usually it is next business day and always within 2 business days Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will go out on Mondays.
~Can I check the shipped date?~
Yes you can by simply logging onto your Etsy and clicking on 'Your Purchases'. If your item is marked as 'shipped' you can check the date by clicking on the invoice.
~When can I expect my item to arrive?~
The ESTIMATED delivery times are:
• UK.- First Class post 2 - 3 business days.
• Rest of the world - standard airmail 6 - 15 business days.
The vast majority of items will arrive well within this time frame but times are dependant on the postal service in your country which means that occasionally they can take longer so please allow up to 25 business days.
~Can I get tracking on my item?~
The standard shipping charge does not include tracking but you can upgrade to Priority Mail if you would like this service - please contact me to arrange this.

US, Canada, Europe - additional $9.00.
~I haven't received my item - what should I do?~
Worldwide shipping from the UK is normally quick and reliable.
Very occasionally a package may take longer than expected and you should allow up to 25 business days. If your package hasn't arrived by then please get in touch and I will send out a replacement.
Unpredicted events can affect shipping times eg: severe weather conditions, increased security measures etc.
Please be aware of possible delivery times as I can't replace before the 25 days have passed.
♦ I obtain a proof of posting for all packages - UK and International.
♦ Customer is responsible for any customs charges/import duty/taxes etc they may incur in their country.
